What counts as a “worker”?

Any active worker with an unsigned-off pay run in the last 30 days. Inactive workers retained for record-keeping (the 7-year vault) don't count toward your billable worker count.

Can I switch plans?

Yes. Plan changes are prorated to the day. We'll proactively suggest upgrading when your active-worker count is consistently within 80% of your current tier's band.
